Hi All,

If I’m not mistaken, the EPA’s 60 day “discussion period” over their Superfund plan for the Gowanus River will end this week. Does anyone know how soon after that they’ll likely announce whether or not it’s officially being designated as a Supefund site? I’m interested in a property located relatively close to the river, and am hesitant to put down an offer until knowing how this will pan out… Thanks!
