Hello,

I’m trying to close on an fha loan through a mortgage broker. I feel as if i’m in a catch 22 situation- The seller won’t give me the 95% contingency and from what I understand- I won’t get a commitment letter from the bank before signing the contract… How do you people do it? I did get a preapproved letter but from what I know it doesn’t really guarantee anything.. Is it even possible to get a commitment letter before signing a contract??
