Should we do FSBO?

What are all the costs associated with selling your condo? What does the seller generally pay and what does the buyer pay for closing costs?

In this market, is it crazy to try to do FSBO? Can anyone recommend a good reference for doing FSBO in NYC/Brooklyn?
