Noise Until 5:30am

There was a loud party, complete with a DJ yelling into the mic, until 5:30 am this morning. 311 calls didn’t seem to do much, and I don’t feel comfortable approaching the building (filled with weed smokers and angry, swearing young people).

Thoughts?
