I was interested in receiving feedback from recent sellers about their experiences, using brokers or selling or their own. I am seriously considering listing our mint brownstone in FG as a FSBO. I have the time for showings, as well as a knowledge of the real estate market. What do people think about the added benefit of using a broker? Is it worth 6%, if you can create your own website, advertise in the Times, etc?
All thoughts would be appreciated, thanks in advance
