Where can I get a hospital curtain track?

I need to hang the curtains from the ceiling. The reason for the hospital track is because you can make them as long as you want uninterrupted. The room is 14 feet wide.

Please don’t tell me to order the hospital track by mail order. To have it shipped is more expensive than the price of the item.

Any other suggestions on how to hang curtains less expensively?

This is not to cover a window.

It is to be used as a room divider.
