Williamsburg Condos
My question is a simple one. I have been renting for 11 years and the prospect of owning is attractive… With a guaranteed exit from BK within 5 years, should I buy a brand new condo in Williamsburg w/ parking? I can afford it, the price is right for me, (and seemingly for what it is) and the area is great. Clearly nobody can pick R.E. bottoms, we all just do what we can when we can. My main concern is looking to sell in 4 years when there’s maybe 5,000 condos available. Is there no upside?
