I had a few questions regarding living in a Brownstone in the Lefferts Garden section of Brooklyn ( on Rutland Road to be exact). I have an opportunity to buy a 1 family Brownstone in the mid $400′s. Def needs TLC but the potential is endless. Anyway, what are your thoughts of the area? I have a child on the way and an 8 year old daughter. Schools, Safety, etc…All of your applies and thoughts are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
