park slope parking question

My sister’s coming Memorial Day weekend to play tourist and to help me move out of NYC, therefore she is bringing her station wagon. How hard will it be for her to find on street parking Friday night around 11:30 PM? I’m at 4th Ave at Garfield Place. Is she better off trying to park up at the garage near the Atlantic Terminal?
