I wrote about this before but am getting quite desperate so thought I would repost…

Our 4 story building in Carroll Gardens is looking to renovate our common hallway – we need to replace the carpet and change the wall paper, paint the ceiling, the apartment doors (with black enamel paint), sand and poly the handrails, etc…does anyone have contractors they would recommend for such a job? We could look at two different contractors but would prefer one if possible.
