Financial planning- balance

Hi all,

I’m going to buy a 3-4 family and I would like to do it in the best way possible.. I want to fully understand the in&outs of how you balance it in terms of- how should my financial plan look like.

I know you will dircet me to a financial adviser which will be great but I would also love to hear how people who live like it handle it.
My basic plan is to live in one apartment and to rent the rest…. pretty simple.

BTW- I saw a guy being mentioned as a great financial adviser- harvey kraus. Now I’m sorry for my ignorance-
will he be able to build me a financial plan for the building?
what’s his title?
