Hi,
I live in a coop with a common courtyard and there is a linked fence dividing our yard and a private house with a dog. The owner of house lets the dog out in their backyard to do their business. On a couple of occassions th edog has jumped over fence. The fence is right on the property line. We don’t know who has rights to it. Would like to replace fence but don’t know what the legal height is and do we need to inform the owner of the house since the fence lies right on the property line? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
