We need to replace and old/leaky unit and are seeking recommendations on brands/models and, more importantly, a good AC installer. We need to cool a 2500 sq ft duplex condo and we’re assuming we need to replace only the indoor element. Our duct work is in place and the vent/compressor on the roof is working fine. Any recommendations?
