baseboard radiator cover

I’m looking for a cover for my baseboard radiator. The unit is about 130″ long, 9″ high and 3″ deep from the wall.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to get these, or any experience trying to find one like this?

I’d prefer to buy just the front cover, but will settle for a casing if that’s my only option.
