I am about to renovate a small 4 room apt. and need to open up the space, expanding the current bathroom and kitchen and altering walls etc.If anyone knows an interesting architect who’s not too overpriced, I’d love to meet with them. The area is about 800 sq. feet. I’m in Bay Ridge 0n 85th St. Thanks
