Don’t know if it’s the city or what but street work has been going on in the BedStuy area on the corner of Throop and Decatur. Since this is within the historic district any idea why it was left in such bad condition? The construction work done left the street crumbling, and leaving the area looking very unattractive. Leaves me to wonder if this was one of those uppity areas, would things be the same.
