Soil Cleanup/Removal

This is a follow-up to a post my wife made recently about removing glass/rocks/garbage/etc. from our backyard. Here is a link to the original post:

We tried the sifter idea, but it’s been VERY slow going. I need to bring in some outside help, but I’m not sure who to call. Any recommendations? I’ve include a picture of the yard for reference. Thx!
