I own a townhouse in Bay Ridge with a cement patio (about 200 sq ft)at the back that needs to be demolished (the patio is in very poor condition). The patio is attached on both sides to the neighbors’ so I want to be very careful that the demolition of the patio does not create any problems for them. I would welcome any recommendations anyone may have about someone that could do the work.
