Plumber’s license question

I’m trying to figure out if this person is actually a licensed plumber. He lists himself as “XYZ General Contractor, Heating & Cooling Specialist licensed & Insured in the State of NY”

Is there a “Heating and Cooling Specialist” license? Or does this mean he’s licensed as a GC, but not as a plumber?

It’s not a question of using him or not at this point, but it would be helpful to me if anyone has any insight on this. Thanks.
