ISO mason & electric

Hi all

I have a little extension/attachment to my house in the backyard. The previous owner built it, and we use it as a laundry room, there are cabinets on the wall, as well as pipes in the wall. Turns out that about 6 inches of this structure extends into my neighbors yard, and he would like his space back. So basically I guess I’m looking for someone that is capable of breaking down the wall, dealing w/ any pipe or cabinet adjustment, and putting the wall back up minus the six inches. I’m hoping this is not a major job, and am cautiously optimistic I can get this done at a reasonable sum. Does any one have any suggestions? Is this a two trade job, do I need a mason guy and a plumber? In addition there’s a drain pipe(the long one that extends from roof to ground) that needs to be relocated. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Marie
