Hi. My house is sticking out compared to others and technically I can fence off 4′ in front of the house. I wanted to put something there but before choosing ubiquitous iron fence I though about the fence made out of bamboo. You know the one you can find in old Japanese parks where bamboo is tied with black ropes.

I have tried to see how it would look like in Photoshop, but obviously my skills not that great.

Note that the house has a light brick facade and square contours. So japanese style should fit better then the iron fance (IMO).

Do you think this would look any atractive?
Would community board get all in arms about it? (the house is not a landmark). Would it attract too much of attention?
