Seeking Brooklyn Condo Boards and Owners interested in starting up a Brooklyn-specific Association of Condominium Owners.

Purpose will be for owners in all types of condominiums – old and new – to get together and share building experiences, advice on management, advice on new construction condominium issues, etc…

I envision the group as very similar to that of the more Manhattan-focused council on NY cooperatives and condominiums. I would like to bring their model to Brooklyn.

The group would aim to include any and all Brooklyn condo or cooperative, especially those newer buildings with first-time owners who have been thrust into a complex cooperative living situation complete with new rules, required participation in the building’s functions, interaction with sophisticated real estate developers and professionals, etc…
