I was given a security deposit by someone that was to sub-let our church. When She gave me the s/d I ask her was she sure she was going to get the place, she said “Yes I’m going to get it!” Someone called me later on that day who had saw the place last week, she ask me was the place still open, I told her no and someone had taken it. Well Last night i get a call, the person that gave me the s/d had a change of mind and would like her s/d back. What should i do? If anything! Please help!
