need advice

we will be renting a 1 bdrm in clinton hill (willougbby/washington). i would rather not use a broker just because i think it’s crazy for someone to pay so much $. my question is how much to charge for rent? i see 1 bdrms range from 1100-2000. facts about ours: ground floor, sep entrance, all brand new, totally renovated, stainless steel appls, incld dishwasher, a/c provided. tenant pays elec only. advice on what to charge for rent?
