For those who love Leske’s bakery in Bay Ridge so much I say you have no idea how good cake or pastry supposed to taste!

I went there for the first time last week, early as advised by others since they sell out quick, and was nothing but disappointed.

Woman taking my order looked like she wanted to kill me, no smile on her face, or any other one, for that matter.

Every single piece of pastry, cookie or roll was handled without a glove following by handling the register and than back to the pastries!

The bakery didn’t smell like a bakery, the bread and everything else was cold, and I walked into the door at 9:00 am.
