changing managing agent
The managing agent for our 7-unit brownstone coop does a very poor job – unresponsive to board requests, provides poor services, does not inform residents of major issues. The building has kept with the management company (which also owns a few of the smaller units) on the theory that small buildings are unattractive for building managers and we would just get equally poor service elsewhere. Has anyone else made a managing agent change? Any recommendations, either about the process or about other management companies we should consider? Thanks.
