Source for fireplace covers

I’m looking to replace the covers on two brownstone fireplaces (see pictures). Can anyone recommend a good source for these? (I’ve tried Eddie’s in Clinton Hill and didn’t find what I’m looking for.)

Also, can anyone recommend someone to install these replacements? What kind of contractor is best for this type of job?
