Hey all: I am about to enter my first spring in my new house and am hoping to hear some suggestions for how to get the best grass for the summer. My back yard is 20×60. It already has some patchy grass growing but I think I will have to till it all up and reseed. I am wondering whether anyone has any suggestions as to whether it is better both from a cost perspective and from a long term lawn perspective to try to seed it myself or to get sod put down. any feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks!
