Thinking about buying on that block, just wondering what people’s impressions are. I’ve heard the area is good, but it seems to be at the tip and on a very commercial looking block.

Thinking about buying a multifamily unit, but not sure if I’m to far on the outskirts to get the benefit. Zoned for a good school though.
