Hi there, I’m so curious about this development behind my building on Bergen St. between Classon and Franklin (closer to Franklin). We moved here in Oct. 2007 and I think it had already started being built, I can’t remember, but it still isn’t finished. It’s about 14 stories or more. We have a great view from our balcony and found it to be going up pretty quickly last summer, we were fascinated…then it slowed down until I realized lately that nothing seems to be going on anymore. I’m figuring it’s probably money issues. The Ishi on our street came out of nowhere and already has units for sale! I can’t find info on it anywhere online for some reason, other than a reference by someone else in the neighborhood. Any info?
