We have a stack of flooring left over from a renovation. The flooring man estimated it at about 150 square feet. It is antique french oak from Exquisite Surfaces in the A&D building. It is tongue and groove and cut to apply in a herring bone pattern. It is unfinished and the buyer has to scrape, sand and finish. Paid 8.00 a square foot. Buyer must pick up from Upper West Side.
