Looking for distressed property

Fellow Brownstoners,
I’m actively looking for finicially distressed properties(foreclosures, lis pendens, and short sales). I was hoping for recommendations for agencies and websites that specialize in this kind of market preferably with the neighborhoods that brownstoner focuses on. thanks in advance for your help.
