Haven’t Received Rebate Check

I still have not recieved my rebate check. I’m a homeowner in Brooklyn Heights and am wondering if anyone in the neighborhood has. I know this was asked in late Dec but now it’s late Jan and still nada. I contacted the NYC Dept of finance via NYC.gov to no avail. Anyone had to contact them to get the check? Who did you call and did it work?
