Super for Long Distance Landlords?

We are considering relocating overseas for a job, but do not want to sell our home in Brooklyn. We are concerned however about our ability to deal with repairs and what not from abroad. I have heard that there are services who, for a fee, will act as super for homeowners with tenants in such situations. Does anyone have recomendations?
