Need help so I can decide what help I need

Basically, I need a gut renovation in the rear part of my coop. The problem is I don’t know where to start..engineer ? contractor w/ an aesthetic sense ? architect? The only thing I am positive needs to be done is the water damaged floor in one room. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
