We are looking to purchase a multifamily building with our son who will live in it and we will rent out the rest of the units. I realize this going to be a complicated mortgage and I am concerned this is going to be problematic in the current mortgage market. Does anyone have a recommendation of a mortgage broker who is experienced and competent with unusual mortgages.
