Hey guys!
we are in big trouble!
Since March this year we undergone a renovation/ addition in our house (limestone in BKLYN)
we had an architect an a permit and all went well until the heating season kicked in. Ten days after the biler was activated, our new floor (in addition) had swallen up and we had discovered a major leak through newly installed baseboard heating system. To make a long story short – contractor came down – claimed responsibility – stripped the floor off (350sq. ft) and the plywood foundation down to the concrete. Today he called saying that he is out of money, closing his bussiness or stopping any work due to a lack of funds.
we are in quite a bad situation and seeking an advice.
