contractor recommendation?

I want to change my awkward u-shaped kitchen back to the original galley layout, but I’m having a hell of a time finding a contractor. My hope is to be able to accomplish this for no more than $30K. (It’s an 8×10 kitchen and no plumbing needs to move.) Does this seem possible? Any contractor recommendations?
