I saw a posting a while back with questions about the condo conversion at 14-20 Butler pl. Just wanted to put out a word to the wise from a current tenant. The piping in these buildings is 100 yrs old and needs replacing. The buildings haven’t been very well maintained over the years; the roof will need work. There’s no storage, laundry, common area, or roof deck. The units are way overpriced at the moment. I would hire your own engineer to inspect the unit and bldng. before you buy into these (or any property)Good luck on your aptmt. search–A current tenant.
