rental prices

I am a landlord who’s going to be renting a second floor, floor-through in Center Slope. It’s a nice place, in a 50-x-20 owner-occupied brownstone, one bedroom plus a den, dishwasher, newish kitchen, some detail. We rented it for $2500 nearly two years ago. Any thoughts on what it might reasonably go for today? Thanks.
