We closed on a housein mid-August. Just got our first water bill and we owe around $100 for the past 3 months but then there is a previous charge (May-Aug) for $163 plus late fees. This is the first we’ve heard about it. I remember at closing there was some talk of the water/sewer bill being paid up or something. Who do we talk to about this, would our atty from closing have more info? Or are we probably stuck with it at this point?
