new hardware for old chest

I recently bought an awesome old chest at Brooklyn Flea, but at some point the key must have been lost and the chest opened with a crowbar. The lock is missing and some wood broken where it should be. Any suggestions for a place I could buy new hardware or even get the damaged area restored?
