Help! I am desperate to renovate my bathroom. I need a licensed contractor (with insurance should something go wrong) and would like to replace bath/shower fixtures, a new tub (or glazing if price doesn’t permit), shower & floor tiling, and a new sink and toilet if price permits. I live on 3rd floor of 6 story tenement. I cannot go over 6500.00. Does anyone have a recommendation?
