105 Lexington

Has anyone been to 105 Lexington, the new lofts next to the Lofts on Lex? I went today and although the kitchens seemed not nearly as nice as 95 Lex, the units were much larger and felt more like lofts. I imagine the prices will drop in this building as well, being in a ‘fringe’ area. Any thoughts from others who have been?
