Replacing Windows

Our eight-unit co-op plans to have all of our windows replaced and are thinking of going with Park Slope Windows. Some of us have brand-new interior molding, while others have no molding and just drywall or molding that’s been painted over a lot. What kind of damage should we expect to the interior molding?
