Leaking from glass door in shower room

We bought thick glass door/wall for our renovating shower room in good moving sale. Our contractor installed the glass door, but leaking is happening all the time. Our contractor put clear filler which didn’t work. What is the best way to stop the leak? Any materials? Or Glass door comes with leak?
