Oro Condo’s – Closing Date

Just checking if anyone knows the status of the Oro Condo’s closing. My attorney got a notice to close on Oct. 1st but then was told there is no Cert. of Occupancy. Has anyone heard anything about the status. Does anyone have an actual closing appointment?
