Install Glass or Resin Wall around Roof Deck

We have a 600+ sq ft roof deck in Carroll Gardens and are looking to install a frosted fencing system to block our views of the highway. We would like something very modern and simple, similar to the picture below. We will probably need to have this installed professionally. Can anyone recommend a professional installer? Or have an opinion about using tempered glass vs. resin vs. acrylic for a safe, wind resistant and to-code fencing system?
