I’ve heard that Forte on Ashland in Ft Greene (that big grey triangle with no personality) is nearly sold out of 2 bedrooms, that there are less than 10% renters and, in fact, that 3 units have sold in the last week (of national financial meltdown) alone. Is this for real or bluff. The building does have a lot of advantages. Can any of you Brownstoners tell me what you know/ your opinion?
