every autumn one of our apartments on the third or fourth floor loses hot water and hot water pressure. in the past, we have drained the riser that feeds those two apartments and that has done the trick. unfortunately, my husband is out of town and i have to undertake this myself as one of our tenants has been w/o hot water for two days. can someone explain to me how to do it? thanks so much.
